The 48 hours where the Nordics’ most ambitious founders and the people who back them early meet. An invite-only gathering in Malmö, 28–29 April 2027, hosted by Karaoke Club. No stage – round tables, dinners and side events.

28–29 April 2027 in Malmö, Sweden, at Clarion Hotel Malmö Live (Dag Hammarskjölds torg 4, 211 18 Malmö), one minute from Malmö Central Station.

Who is Mashup not for?
People who see transactions before relationships. People looking for stage time to sell and pitch – not up for the serendipity. Investors who aren’t founder-friendly.
How do I get in?
Apply on the site – it takes about 20 seconds. Our Mashbot checks the application against our criteria. If we are right for each other you go straight to ticket purchase; otherwise the team reviews it and gets back to you.
Can my AI agent apply for me?
Yes. Agents can use the agent application page or the HTTP API described in agent.md. You confirm the application from your own email, and the agent can continue to ticket registration on Luma.
How much does a ticket cost?
Early bird, 50 tickets per category: Startup €345, Angel €345, Micro-funds €345, Investor €445, General €445. Prices exclude VAT. Exited founders are invited with golden tickets.
Which ticket should I choose?
Founder (pre-seed or seed, stealth, second-time founder, top student): Startup (€345). VC partner or GP who makes investment decisions (not associates): Investor (€445). Partner at a founder-led micro-fund (fund size €0–40M): Micro-funds (€345). Angel investor investing your own money: Angel (€345). Founder who has built and sold a company: Exited founder (golden ticket, by invitation). Community leader or superconnector who opens markets and doors: Community. What is included in the ticket?
Access to the main event on 28–29 April, 20+ community side events across the EU, the community channel and booking app, and food and drinks for 48 hours.
Where should I stay?
Clarion Hotel Malmö Live – the venue is the hotel and everyone stays there. €160–185 per night, double room, breakfast included. Book your room when you get your ticket.
How do I get to Malmö?
Train to Malmö Central, then a 1-minute walk. From Copenhagen Airport: 20 minutes by train, 25 by car.
Is there stage content or pitching?
No. Mashup is dialogue, not monologue: 40–50 round tables, dinners, sauna, karaoke and community-hosted side events.
How is Mashup different from large startup conferences?
It is a small, curated room instead of another big event. Every attendee is vetted, and the format is built for relationships rather than stage time.
Who organises Mashup?
Mashup is hosted by Karaoke Club.
Can I host a side event?
Yes. Side events are hosted by the community and founders across the city. Reach out to per@mashup.day.
Can I get a refund?
Registrations are final and non-refundable. You can transfer your ticket to someone else if you find a replacement – email support@mashup.day.
